Is this real software or a prototype?
We build working software and deploy it online — not just a clickable picture. The focused MVP Sprint version may not yet be ready for a broad commercial audience.
What do I receive at the end?
You receive the agreed working version, a production deployment, the source code, and the documentation included in your package. The Launch Sprint also includes a 30-day defect warranty.
How do the agreement and payment work?
After the scoping call you receive a written offer with the fixed price, boundaries, and acceptance criteria. Half is invoiced when the agreement is made and reserves the sprint — the rest when delivery is ready for review. A new business client’s first fixed-price MVP or Launch Sprint pauses for an 8-person-hour review: if you stop, the initial payment is refunded and the balance is not invoiced. The start date is confirmed in the offer based on availability. The delivery window starts from the agreed date once the initial payment, materials, and required access are in place.
How does the 8-hour decision point and money-back promise work?
The promise applies once per client group to a new business client’s first fixed-price MVP or Launch Sprint. The sprint pauses after eight cumulative development person-hours to review the agreed interim result and continues only after written approval. If you stop, the initial payment is refunded, the balance is not invoiced, and no right to use the unfinished work transfers to you. The detailed terms are included in the offer.
Who owns the source code?
The client receives the source code and product-specific rights for the paid delivery. We retain our pre-existing general expertise and components. The exact boundary is recorded in the agreement.
What if my idea is larger than a package?
We tell you before starting. We can define a sensible first sprint, divide the delivery into stages, or prepare a separate estimate.
Can the product be developed further after the sprint?
Yes. A focused Development Day costs €990 + VAT. Monitoring and maintenance for a product we built can be agreed as Ongoing Care from €390 + VAT per month. New feature sprints are priced separately based on their scope.
Are cloud and third-party running costs included?
No. Third-party licences and usage-based cloud or service costs are approved by you in advance and charged according to each provider’s pricing.
How do you handle my idea and confidential information?
We treat your idea confidentially. When needed, we can agree on confidentiality before details are shared. We do not use your company name, logo, or delivery as a reference without separate written permission.
What happens during the free scoping call?
In 30 minutes, we review the user, the problem, the core journey, and the main technical uncertainties. We tell you honestly whether the work fits a package. If it does, you receive a written scope, acceptance criteria, delivery window, and fixed price before ordering.
